This morning, President Trump tweeted that his trip to the DMZ had been planned for a long time.<br />Now, all eyes are on whether he will actually see Kim Jong-un there.<br />Yoon Jung-min has details.<br />In his latest tweet, President Trump says his trip to to the DMZ was planned long ago.<br /><br />The trip later today will be closely watched to see whether North Korean leader Kim Jong-un appears, and whether there's a historic three-way meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who is expected to be going with Trump to the DMZ.<br />Earlier, Trump tweeted that he might see Kim at the border to say hello.<br />He also said to reporters at the Blue House that he'd got some kind of response from the North but didn't say what.<br />Some say there might not be enough time, though, for the North to prepare for a meeting.<br /><br />As for his meeting with President Moon, Trump tweeted this morning that it went well,...and that he and President Moon "toasted" the new South Korea-U.S. free trade deal that took effect in January.<br />Yoon Jung-min, Arirang News.<br />
