Safaricom Chief Executive Officer Bob Collymore is dead. Mr Collymore died at his home in Nairobi.<br /><br />He has died at the age of 61 and is said to have died from complications arising Myeloid leukaemia.<br /><br />Myeloid leukaemia is a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow with excess immature white blood cells.<br /><br />He is survived by his wife, Wambui Kamiru, who he married in a lavish but lowkey ceremony in 2016 and four children.
