A three-month-old puppy whined and wagged her tail at the top of a step trying to figure out how to get down it in her home in Warren County, Ohio. <br /><br />The owner captured the dachshund, named Charlotte, whining and wagging her tail before her first attempt at trying to get down the step leading into the bathroom.<br /><br />This video was filmed on April 26.
