Border Patrol Facebook <br />Group Reveals 'Xenophobic <br />and Sexist' Posts, Says Report The report was <br />published by the<br />nonprofit news <br />organization ProPublica. The Facebook group has <br />close to 9,500 members <br />claiming to be current or <br />former Border Patrol officers. Targeted in many <br />of the posts are both <br />lawmakers as well as migrants. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, (D-NY)<br /> is the subject of several lewd posts, <br />including one with President Donald Trump. In a tweet, <br />Ocasio-Cortez <br />responded to <br />the report. ProPublica was able <br />to verify the identity <br />of some of those who <br />posted to the secret group. Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost <br />responded to the report saying, <br />"Any employees found to have violated <br />our standards of conduct will be held accountable."
