문 대통령, "남북간 평화 만들어내는데 기독교계가 앞장서주길"<br /><br />President Moon Jae-in has asked South Korea's Christian community to play an active role in establishing peace on the Peninsula,... and in restoring social unity between South and North.<br />President Moon hosted a luncheon Wednesday at the Blue House for a dozen leaders of major Christian groups... to get their advice on state affairs.<br />He noted that Christians are already providing humanitarian aid to the North and engaging in religious exchanges,... and he asked that they continue helping with efforts for peace.<br />He also called on them to help integrate the two societies.<br />Although it's something that should be achieved through politics, he said,... it would help if religion can make up for what politics cannot accomplish.<br />The president plans to organize another meeting with the Buddhist community later this month.<br />
