A powerful tornado ripped through China's Kaiyuan city, flipping over the cars.<br /><br />The dramatic video, filmed at 17:00 today (July 3), shows a large twister swirling rubbish into the air, blowing down trees and flipping over cars. <br /><br />Reports said, glass windows in residents' houses, vehicles, portacabins and light poles were damaged and some areas also had power cuts.<br /><br />The tornado lasted for several minutes before passing.
