South Korea's gross domestic product in 2018 remained the 12th largest in the world, the same position as the previous year.<br />According to the World Bank, South Korea's GDP for last year was 1-trillion 6-hundred-19-billion U.S. dollars.<br />The U.S. had the highest GDP at more than 20 trillion dollars, followed by China, Japan, and Germany.<br />South Korea moved up one spot to 30th for gross national income per capita in 2018, with 30-thousand 600 dollars per capita.<br />First on the GNI ranking was Switzerland, followed by Norway, the Isle of Man and Macao. <br />
