민갑룡 경찰청장 "베트남 이주여성 폭행 유감…엄정수사"<br /><br />South Korea's police chief Min Gap-ryong has expressed regrets over an assault on a Vietnamese woman by her Korean husband last week,... and promised a thorough investigation.<br />Min met the Vietnamese minister of public security in Seoul earlier today and said he hopes the incident does not hamper ties between the two countries.<br />In a video that went viral, the man was seen beating his wife in front of their two-year old son for not speaking Korean well.<br />He is now under arrest.<br />
