김현미 "민간택지 아파트에도 분양가 상한제 도입할 때"<br /><br />The government hinted that additional measures could be implemented soon to curb real estate prices particularly those in downtown Seoul.<br />Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Hyun-mee said at the National Assembly on Monday... that she is considering the implementation of a price cap on apartments built on privately-owned housing sites... a measure that hasn't been contemplated by authorities for the past five years... of fears it'll bring down housing supply or the quality of housing.<br />Currently, the cap is applied solely on state-owned housing sites.<br />
