Police are investigating a Perak executive council member after his Indonesian domestic worker accused him of sexually assaulting her.<br /><br />Contacted by Malaysiakini this afternoon, Bukit Aman sexual, women and children's investigations division (D11) principal assistant director Choo Lily confirmed that a report was lodged yesterday.<br /><br />She said the DAP state assemblyperson is being investigated for rape and police have recorded the alleged victim's statement.<br /><br />However, she declined to reveal if the alleged suspect has been summoned for questioning.
