The Seoul Metropolitan Government is implementing stronger measures to keep vulnerable social groups cool during the scorching summer heat.<br />The city advises people to stay indoors when heatwave warnings or alerts are issued... and to make use of the capital's 26 cooling shelters.<br />The shelters have air conditioning units, shower rooms and even TVs.<br />Three mobile bath vehicles for homeless people will operate in five areas.<br />Nurses will do daily check-ups on homeless people and those over 65, disabled or suffering from a chronic disease.<br />Private companies will also sponsor free drinking water, food, and electric fans.<br />
