MCA president Wee Ka Siong invoked Standing Order 36(2) against Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng for allegedly discussing ongoing court matters in Dewan Rakyat.<br /><br />However, Speaker Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof dismissed Wee's claim against the DAP leader.<br /><br />Standing Order 36(2) states that reference shall not be made to any matter which is sub judice in such a way as might in the opinion of the Chair prejudice the interests of parties thereto.
