北 개정헌법서 김정은 "국가 대표 최고영도자" 명시... 국가수반 공식화<br /><br />North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is now officially the North's head of state.<br />Pyeongyang's propaganda website Naenara unveiled earlier today North Korea's new constitution that was revised back in April.<br />It says that the chairman of the State Affairs Commission, Kim Jong-un, is the supreme leader that (quote) "represents" the North.<br />The North used to have a separate figurehead leader to represent the regime,... a position held by the head of North Korea's Supreme People's Assembly.<br />But through the constitutional revision, Pyeongyang limited the role of the parliament leader to a few symbolic diplomatic functions,... and anointed Kim as the leader representing the North in and outside the regime.<br />
