<br /> Actor Rip Torn has died at age 88.<br />Torn was nominated for the Emmy six times — winning once — for his role on "The Larry Sanders Show" (1992-1998).<br />THR reports the actor died Tuesday at his Connecticut home.<br />He was surrounded by his wife, actress Amy Wright, and two of his daughters.<br />Business Insider reports he is survived by Wright, by six children, by four grandchildren, and by his sister. <br />
