A vacant restaurant exploded into oblivion at a shopping center in South Florida on Saturday.<br />According to Reuters, the blast injured at least 21 people and showered the parking lot with debris.<br />Authorities said the cause of the explosion in Plantation, Florida, about six miles west of Fort Lauderdale, was still under investigation.<br />However, firefighters did discover a ruptured natural gas line.<br />Two people suffered serious injuries and were taken to the trauma center at a local hospital. <br />
