<br /> Governor Andrew Cuomo wants the Dep. of Financial Services to investigate a state-regulated advertiser.<br />The issue was whether they were using Facebook Inc’s advertising platform in a discriminatory manner.<br />This is the second investigation that Cuomo has ordered into the social media company this year.<br />In February, Cuomo ordered two state agencies to investigate a report about Facebook.<br />The report suggested Facebook may be accessed far more personal information from smartphone users. <br />
