According to a new study, over one thousand cases of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) could be wiped out in California with widespread vaccination.<br />The new study echoes recent research suggesting that increasing HPV vaccination globally could prevent up to 13.4 million cases of cervical cancer.<br />According to UPI, up to 90 percent of sexually active people are likely to be infected by HPV at some point in their lives. <br />
