Hawaii’s island of Maui has been evacuated after a brush fire has sent smoke across the island from the Central Valley. <br /><br />In time-lapse footage filmed yesterday (July 11), smoke can be seen rising with aid from the wind.<br /><br />Emergency alerts have been issued to residents but so far, nobody has been injured.<br /><br />Fire crews are on standby to tackle the blaze.
