37년 만에 '택시합승' 조건부 허용… 서울 심야시간만 한정<br /><br />The government has approved a new app that will allow people to share a cab in Seoul.<br />The so-called "Half-Half Taxi," will allow two users to share the same cab between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., in nearly half of the 25 districts in Seoul.<br />Only passengers of the same gender and similar destination will be allowed to use the service.<br />They will split their fare, but how it will be split is yet to be determined.<br />The new app will put an end to a near 40-year ban on cab-sharing.<br />
