New Criminal Charges Land <br />R. Kelly Back in Jail The arrest comes after he was charged earlier this year with <br />multiple counts of sexual abuse. According to prosecutors, three of his <br />four alleged female victims <br />were underage. Before his most recent arrest this week, the 52-year-old was out on bond. Kelly is now is scheduled to appear <br />in a New York City Federal court <br />at an unknown date. He is currently set to have a hearing regarding bail <br />next week. Kelly's arrest comes after the <br />Eastern District of New York revealed <br />a multi-count indictment against him. The Northern District of Illinois has also <br />returned indictments that include <br />over a dozen counts, one of which <br />involves child pornography. Kelly, who has also been charged with obstruction of justice, has denied <br />all accusations of sexual abuse.
