South Korea's top nuclear chief says he's hopeful... that working level talks between Pyeongyang and Washington could resume soon.<br />After meeting his U.S. counterpart Stephen Biegun in Berlin,... Seoul's Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, Lee Do-hoon returned home early this morning.<br />At the airport, he told reporters that North Korea and the U.S. are exchanging contact,... and that he believes working-level negotiations will begin when their differences are narrowed down.<br />He added that U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the talks will be held sometime in the middle of this month, as agreed by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and President Donald Trump. <br />
