Spain's coast guard on Friday rescued 124 African migrants from the Mediterranean and took them to the port of Almeria. <br /><br />The migrants were attempting to cross the sea to Spain in three small boats, according to the Red Cross.<br /><br />According to local media, 27 of the migrants were women, several of whom were pregnant.
