Teoh Beng Hock's family expressed disappointment in the government's decision to reopen the investigation under Section 342 of the Penal Code for wrongful confinement.<br /><br />Beng Hock's sister, Teoh Lee Lan, said she wanted to meet the attorney-general Tommy Thomas and revealed that their lawyer is arranging the meeting.<br /><br />In memory of Teoh, a hundred people in dark coloured shirts, including Teoh's family, friends, and activists from various NGOs, gathered at the entrance of Plaza Masalam, Shah Alam last night.<br /><br />Sporting a baby bump, Lee Lan gave a speech in front of the building where her brother was found dead ten years ago.
