A heavy downpour on Sunday evening had caused flash floods outside the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets and inside the Sky Avenue Mall at about 5pm.<br /><br />China Press reported that the flood had caused traffic congestion near the premium outlets, while netizens posted video of the flooding situation inside the Sky Avenue Mall.
