Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng on Monday said the seizure of more than RM1 billion funds held by a Chinese state-owned company, China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co Ltd (CPP) was not instructed by him or his ministry.<br /><br />He said it is best to refer to the enforcement agencies who carried out the seizure.
