"기온 1℃ 오르면 저혈압 환자 1.1% 증가…폭염노출 위험"<br /><br />A recent study has found that the number of hospital visits for low blood pressure rises one-point-one percent for every one degree Celsius increase in daily average temperature.<br />The Seoul National University College of Medicine confirmed the correlation through its study of more than 130-thousand appointments for hypotension and changes in heat.<br />Researchers say it's the first study to reveal that one of the reasons behind the increased number of deaths due to cardiovascular disease is because of a rise in the occurrence of low blood pressure.<br />
