MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said the PAC report has clearly stated that the GST refunds was not stolen.<br /><br />He said the opposition had no issue accepting the PAC’s conclusions that there had been a violation of the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014 in the channelling of GST refunds.<br /><br />Speaking to reporters on Monday, Dr Wee said he had questioned Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng’s RM19bil missing claims in Parliament but received no response.
