'직장 내 괴롭힘 금지법' 내일부터 시행<br /><br />Some new changes are set to take place... in workplaces around the country.<br />"Gapjil",... which refers to harassment and power abuse by superiors over their employees,... will now be punishable by law.<br />Starting Tuesday, a revised employment law will take effect... to punish those who give out orders beyond the boundaries of their job description... such as running personal errands.<br />The law also applies to employees who engage in gender discrimination,... such as forcing only female workers to serve as receptionists,... or male workers to carry out office chores.<br />Employees suffering from high levels of stress due to "gapjil"... will be covered by employment insurance to treat their ailment.<br />
