A wooden boat believed to be from North Korea was detected off South Korea's east coast on Monday.<br />This is in addition to the three unmanned boats from North Korea that were found in South Korea's East Sea waters last Saturday.<br />They were destroyed after being cleared of espionage.<br />South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said they drifted south due to unfavorable weather conditions.<br />The latter three were submerged... which makes them almost impossible to tow... but left untouched, could've be dangerous to other fishing boats.<br />Sixteen unoccupied North Korean boats have crossed the de facto demarcation line, the Northern Limit Line, this year alone.<br />
