Travelers surpassing the duty-free limit on in-flight services... will be put on a watch-list starting as early as August.<br />According to the Korea Customs Service, a new proposal has been made... requiring airlines to immediately alert customs... on buyers who exceed the cap.<br />The agency will set up a database of big buyers... and put them on a watch-list.<br />Until now, sales data of in-flight duty-free services were submitted monthly... making it difficult for customs to identify people who constantly spend more than the limit.<br />Last year,... more than 13-thousand people made purchases over the 600 U.S. dollar duty-free limit during flights.<br />
