MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said judging from the debate on the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2019 in parliament today, he is confident that the bill willpass.<br /><br />Dr. Wee, who is also the Ayer Hitam MP told this to reporters when met at the Parliament lobby on Tuesday.<br /><br />The Bill, which will lower the voting age from 21 to 18, requires a two-thirds majority of the Dewan Rakyat to be passed.
