A mall in Quezon City, the Philippines becomes flooded after an overnight of heavy downpour on July 12.<br /><br />Onlooker Gyl Viloria said: "It does not usually get flooded here because the drainage around is well-maintained."<br /><br />She said that the flooding was caused by the non-stop rain.
