A Florida man attempting to flee from a police car using his bicycle spectacularly fails to clear a concrete railing and face plants, then gets tased by the chasing officer. <br /><br />"You're getting tased bro," a man in the video shouts at the failing escape artist.<br /><br />The incident that happened in the city of Largo happened around 1 p.m. on July 14.
