Cory Booker and Julian Castro are both running for President.<br />The two men are powerful people of color.<br />According to Politico, Booker and Castro have not been able to connect to minority voters, primarily black and Latino voters.<br />But both candidates have so far failed to stand out in minority states.<br />It's particularly noticeable since the voters they fail to connect with same are of the race and ethnicity. <br />
