Business Insider reports that David Marcus, head of Facebook's cryptocurrency Libra, testified in front of the Senate on Thursday.<br />Marcus stated that the Libra Association will oversee Libra and be headquartered in Switzerland.<br />He said will be regulated by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).<br />But the FDPIC says it has not been in touch with Facebook. <br />
