Former PKR Seputeh division chief P Ganapathy has opted not to appeal his expulsion from the party, electing instead to fire a salvo upon party president Anwar Ibrahim.<br /><br />Ganapathy, who has been a member since 1998, said Anwar had failed to mend the cracks within the party and was not qualified to become the next Malaysian prime minister.<br /><br />The latter had been booted from the party yesterday for breaching party disciplinary protocols by spreading and uploading allegedly untrue, slanderous news to other party leaders.<br /><br />When questioned on why he would not be appealing his sacking, Ganapathy stated he wanted to be free to criticise PKR.
