Footage shows a flooded street in Lanao del Norte, the Philippines, this morning (July 19) after Typhoon Falcon brought heavy rain to the area.<br /><br />Locals had to wade through the ankle-deep muddy water after the downpours in the village of Maranding in the Lala district. <br /><br />The tropical depression formed in the Philippine Sea on Monday morning and the weather system rapidly strengthened into a tropical storm by nightfall. <br /><br />It has since spread north towards Korea and Japan after exiting the Philippines by Friday morning.
