This is the moment a three-storey house collapsed in northern India due to flash floods on Wednesday (June 17).<br /><br />Local student Gautam Kumar filmed the incident on the Lakhandei River in Bihar state's Sitamarhi at around 6am.<br /><br />The residents on the property had escaped and no casualties have been reported, according to local sources.<br /><br />According to at least one local report citing the state disaster management department, 78 people have died so far in the flash floods that have hit Bihar.<br /><br />The same heavy rains have caused flooding and landslides in Nepal.<br /><br />Monsoon rains hit the South Asia region in June-September.
