Severe flooding hit northern Vietnam following heavy rains on July 20.<br /><br />Footage shows a raging river flowing through a neighbourhood in Yen Bai Province, with the floodwaters washing away an excavator and a truck parked on the road.<br /><br />According to local media, many roads were destroyed and hundreds of hectares of rice were flooded.<br /><br />No injuries were reported.
