Occurred on July 21, 2019 / Bend, Oregon, USA<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "Saw a notification on my Nest, so I watched and saw a kid jump into my garbage can, that was full on a 90° day in Bend, Oregon. 20 seconds later a police officer runs by the garbage can and asks neighbor kids if they saw a kid run by, but they didn't of course cause he was hiding in the garbage can. <br /><br />After 30 minutes of being in the garbage, the kid gets out and runs off. <br /><br />You can tell it's 30 minutes just from the shadows from the sun."
