The head of the Korea Communications Commission has announced he is stepping down fro his post.<br />At a press briefing Monday, Lee Hyo-seong said he delivered his resignation letter to President Moon in the hope it provide the administration with a boost.<br />His announcement comes ahead of what's expected to be a major cabinet reshuffle.<br />Lee was appointed KCC chief in August 2017 for what should've been a three-year term.<br />
