The landowner of the illegal dumpsite in Bukit Teh, Penang, who was fined a paltry RM1,000 for allowing land the size of six football fields to be turned into a dumpsite, has been slapped with two more charges at a Magistrate's Court.<br /><br />H’ng Boon Chai and waste management company PLB Eco Solution Sdn Bhd were charged with illegally developing the area. <br /><br />Both pleaded not guilty to initiating the development on the nine lots of land without planning permission from the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP).
