Controversial politician Miguna Miguna has dismissed claims by the government that Huduma Namba will be used to bring services near to the people.<br /><br />According to Miguna, the government is going to use Huduma Namba to illegally surveil on citizens.<br /><br />“Uhuru’s Huduma Namba is for dubious nefarious and unconstitutional surveillance of citizens, manipulation of elections and referenda to institutionalise tyranny,” Miguna said on Twitter.
