Protesters took to the streets of San Juan in Puerto Rico earlier on Tuesday (July 23) to demand their governor's resignation.<br /><br />Footage shows a crowd of demonstrators waving Puerto Rico flags as they shout "Ricki renuncia" (Ricki, resign).<br /><br />The protests erupted after offensive chat messages between the governor Ricardo Rosselló and members of his inner circle published earlier this month.<br /><br />The chief of staff is expected to resign later today.
