Don't forget to Like, Share, Comment, Subscribe and press the BELL ICON for instant updates<br /><br /><br />Ingredients<br />2 Onions (sliced)<br />1-2 tbsp Oil<br />1 cup Coconut (grated)<br />1/2 cup Dry Coconut (grated)<br />1 cup Water<br /><br />For Gravy<br />3 tbsp Oil<br />1 Onion (chopped)<br />1 tsp Garlic Paste<br />1 tsp Ginger Paste<br />2-3 tsp Malvani Masala<br />1 cup Water<br />Salt<br />4 Eggs (boiled)<br /><br />Method: Let's start with the Onion (sliced) saute in the Pan till it gets brown after that add Oil and then add the Onion into the Mixture.<br />Next, do the same with the Coconut (grated) saute till it becomes nice and brown then again add the Coconut (grated) into the Mixture.<br />Next, do the same with Dry Coconut (grated) saute till it is brown then add the same into the mixture with others.<br />Now, let it cool down then grind the ingredients with Water properly.<br />Next, let's prepare the Gravy for which heat up the Oil then add Onion (chopped), Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste now saute till the smell goes away.<br />Then add Malvani Masala in the Pan saute for few seconds, now add the mixture you made and saute again. <br />Next, add Water, Salt, Eggs (boiled) then cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes.<br />After 5 minutes your Malvani Anda Masala is ready to serve.<br /><br />Serve: 4 People
