Europe has been bathed in the heat this past week and one unlucky Dutch household has a completely useless fan.<br /><br />Footage from last night (July 23) shows a fan's rotors not spinning but the head still oscillating in the Amersfoort household.<br /><br />The filmer said online: "It broke in the evening when all the fan stores near me were unfortunately closed."<br /><br />Some would say this is seriously not cool, especially in this weather.
