After a two month stalemate,... the U.S. and China will hold talks in Shanghai next Tuesday aimed at ending their trade war.<br />The White House announced on Tuesday that trade representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin will be heading to China next week for the two-day talks with Chinese negotiators led by Vice Premier Liu He.<br />They will be covering a range of issues including intellectual property rights,<br />agriculture, and the trade balance.<br />Stock markets in both the U.S. and China gained on the news.<br />
