The U.S. is in the final stage of reviewing its defense cost-sharing agreements,... and is likely to explain it to South Korea soon.<br />This according to Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency Thursday, citing a source familiar with foreign affairs.<br />The Blue House also said the allies' national security advisors agreed Wednesday to continue related talks in a reasonable and fair way.<br />While the details remain unknown, the plan will likely reflect President Trump's push for Seoul to contribute more.<br />The allies agreed in March that South Korea pay almost 925 million U.S. dollars for the stationing of American troops, an on-year hike of eight-point-two percent.<br />Both sides normally agree to five-year deals, but the latest one is only for 2019.<br />
