Five Road Transport Department (JPJ) officers and a Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) officer were charged with corruption amounting to RM19,850, at the Butterworth Special Sessions Court (Corruption) on Thursday.<br /><br />They are accused of accepting cash as an inducement not to take action against lorry drivers who had committed road offences.<br /><br />All six pleaded not guilty. The case mention has been set for Sept 12.
