It's also really simple, and you can prep it the night before.<br /><br />You'll Need (for 1):<br /><br />- 1 bagel<br />- 1 oz red bell pepper<br />- 1 diced mushroom<br />- 1 oz cooked broccoli<br />- ¼ cup shredded cheddar<br />- 1 egg<br />- salt and pepper<br /><br />Here's How:<br /><br />1. Slice the bottom off the bagel and then hollow out the soft bread inside, leaving a sturdy ring.<br /><br />2. Place all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Then spoon them into the hollowed out bagel.<br /><br />3. Bake for 15 minutes 320°F.
